Passport applicants over the age of 18 or for a person with a passport that has been expired for more than 5 years.
Passport applicants that are over 18 years of age that currently have a Passport Book that is going to be or has recently expired within the last 5 years.
Passport applicants that have either had a Passport Lost/Stolen or damaged/mutilated.
Passport applicants that have a valid passport and require additional passport pages.
Child or Infant Passports are for US citizens under the age of 18 that have or have never applied before for a US Passport.
Passport applicants that have recently had their legal name changed.
Passport Card
For all above services (except adding pages), passport card can also be applied. Passport Cards are for Passport applicants who wish to travel by land or sea only. Passport Cards are not valid for air travel.
